When purchasing a locking cylinder, I was advised very thoroughly and very well. Unfortunately, it later turned out that the cylinder was not needed after all, which was definitely my mistake. It was taken back without any issues and my money was refunded. Top customer service, just as you wish.👍👍👍

I had a question, was in the store to get information on how I could solve the problem. The person behind the counter was not to be distracted from his card playing. He answered my questions very curtly and continued to play in the meantime. When I asked him if he was playing cards, he confirmed this while looking at the screen in a clicking manner... A no go...
